DEBBIE COLQUHOUN

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Debbie brings over 40 years of experience in systems development, governance, leadership, delivery and change management across various construction sectors.

Over her career, she has been responsible for designing and implementing the safety, quality and environmental systems on some of New Zealand’s most significant infrastructure projects, including the Tauranga Eastern Link, East Taupo Arterial, Waikato Expressway Te Rapa Section, Christchurch Southern Motorway, and Northern Gateway Alliance. She has recently been supporting Antarctica New Zealand with the health and safety systems for the Scott Base Redevelopment project.

Debbie has also been instrumental in developing and implementing safety, quality and environmental management systems for various businesses, including Fulton Hogan and Fletcher Construction.

Debbie is committed to providing solutions across the civil construction industry and empowers teams to drive positive change. She is an active member of CCNZ and is chairperson of the CCNZ - Training - EPIC, Youth Employment and Civil Trades committee.
