The Directors between them have 70+ years in the NZ Construction industry and are both well known for successfully delivering a wide range of multi-disciplined projects with various complexities. The Opportunity

We have opportunities for Final Trim Operators to join a passionate construction team who have a “do it once, do it right” attitude. We are after staff that are passionate and take pride in the work they deliver. To do this we offer a modern fleet of equipment with the latest technology.

You will be responsible for managing and operating plant on land development and civil infrastructure sites in and around Auckland.

We're after reliable, versatile people who work well both unsupervised or as part of a high performing team.

What you’ll bring to the role to be successful:

• Proven experience with a great track record. Able to use GPS machine control is a bonus.

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen and comply with our drug and alcohol policy.

• Safety first attitude and not afraid to stop and ask if unsure.

• Must have a valid full class 1 drivers licence, class 2 licence also preferred or at least the ability to obtain it.

• RTW endorsements.

• Ability to work in a team environment at take instruction.

• Willingness to work outside normal hours if required to meet programme.

• Take pride in your equipment.

• Ability to work unsupervised when required.

• Understanding of safe work practices pertaining to an earthworks/civils environment, with the ability to identify and communicate site hazards.

• Ability to make difficult decisions efficiently and is keen to help others and learn.

• A good understanding of erosion and sediment controls, what’s right and what’s not.

You will need to be a New Zealand Resident, or currently living and eligible to work in New Zealand to be considered
